I am a homemaking mother of 4 who cooks incessantly & loves to teach. I cook a LOT of whole food plant based meals as well as vegan, keto & more. My philosophy in teaching is to provide reasoning & not just direction via passed down recipes. I explain, breakdown & help you understand the foods & tools I’m working with & my goal is to make sure you’re much better off for having joined me.
